History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His first spouse was a Fortune-teller, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He became a Sage soon after.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chem grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Marshal responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This fat eastern woman has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a white poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. Her brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. When Nora reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: An older woman who wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, she is not a threatening figure. Her gray fur is unkempt and raggedy. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to reunite with her old friends
