History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Millicent was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Navigator. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Being a Bookbinder kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'6". She wears a white vest and prefers brown and white shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. She is bald on top and has large auburn tufts of hair around her ears. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vorka does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Vorka was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Vorka and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she feels kind of lost in life

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears long strands of ruby and short tan dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, and is pretty ugly. Her white hair is smooth and relatively long. Her gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. A true patriot, Irann would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Irann was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Druid school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
