History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered music. After a long history of fighting, Mardred and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Arava was born with her father's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with her Dilettante father left her crippled. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Arava never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Merchant mother left him crippled. During his travels, Lamlis and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Lamlis discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Lamlis fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
