His brown hair is still thick. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ortegar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Halfling Druid who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Ortegar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Soapmaker but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Gifted from a young age, Merla studied abroad. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born to a Ploughman, his father struggled to pay the bills. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
