Personality: He is fixated on the number 99. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. A gifted student she started as a Seamstress, but she got bored and became a Herbalist. She struck the Herbalist job and began her own company from there.
