Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a worn and beaten armor. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are hazel.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Trail grew up listening to his father's many stories. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. He is afraid of men and trembles around them

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Purson was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Purson and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She hates Dwarves with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. A true patriot, Oriff would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and balancing her hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Knight arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She worked as a nervous Knight and found it very stressful. She has worked as a Knight like her mother before her.
