Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has no fur. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. A true patriot, Pelt would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
