Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His fur is gray and curly. His yellow eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Edge is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a violet broad hat and violet clothes. She has no hair. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Malquis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Mara was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.
