Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Fax is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fax fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is his passion; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
