Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. History: Skirt was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Skirt liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Sweet has worked very hard to control her curse. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Brewer mother left her crippled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
