Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is an amazing painter.

History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has never given up on his writing dream.
