Description: A 3'3" southern woman, she is typically in her Mason uniform. Her blonde hair is still thick. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears a tattered pair of loose black pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. She sports a flattop crest cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Jezean was born with her mother's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He wears a fancy black suit. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His blue hair is heavily combed to the right. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Fenriz was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a Merchant soon after.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a simple brown robe with blue stripes complete with hood. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. She wears a colorful flower in her red crest. She has a dull look in her gold eyes.
Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.
History: She was born in the east. Surina was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Surina decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
