Description: A plain young-adult man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His white eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born to a Marshal, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This tall, slender man wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a glaive, but if one is not available he will default to his ceremonial dagger. His auburn hair is matted, messy, and big. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gimble fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she sports violet clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her hair is long and chestnut with streaks of auburn, and is pulled back with small violet clips. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. A true patriot, Melissa would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and to pay off her debts

Description: He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'6" when asserting himself. He wears his green crest down. His gold eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Pijjirik was born with his mother's beautiful face. His first spouse was a Laborer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
