History: Barbena was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Heather was born with her father's beautiful face. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Shane was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.
