History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. After coming to the age of reason, Barfa took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is wearing a long, yellow, dusty cloak. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His skin is flawless and his violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Arannis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
