History: Pâsh lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Courier. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Map Maker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. Now she works as a poetry tutor during her time off.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Through the years after Mary was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Mary's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miller and was forced into it by her family; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Broce was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Tanner. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and wants to work out more often
