Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears long strands of aquamarine and short violet dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a black shirt, with a tan mid length skirt with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her red hair is long and unkept. Her white eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. After coming to the age of reason, Makaria took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and he's in love
