History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered giants who tried to eat her hand. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Shava alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
