History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Oppah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

History: The child of a Soapmaker, who enjoyed hunting, Gardain was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gardain was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.
