She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. Her white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Shautha took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longsword and armor she uses now. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: Rose speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she tends to wear a large red jacket. Her hair is short and silver. Her hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Dee studied abroad. When Dee reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions.
