Personality: Barendd hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Barendd and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. His brown hair is thinning but still full. He is baby faced.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Fallond embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Fallond enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. She has styled her red hair well, parting it to the right. She has amber eyes.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
