History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Travok. Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Flame was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
