Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She sports golden long hair. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is a Blacksmith first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is dressed in an above average manner. Her silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. This violet eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length black crest. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Patrin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a sage and was forced into it by his family

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is dressed in a clean pastel cloak covering her clean studded leather. Her cinnamon fur is still thick. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and wants to raise her children well

Description: His left side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a red suit, yellow shirt, and green tie. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Revenge.
