History: The child of a Dyer, who enjoyed hunting, Gimurt was taken on many hunting expeditions. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Gimurt took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. A true patriot, Loopmottin would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jo isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born in the north to a Engraver, Jo learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things

She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
