Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. Rathkran was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Apothecary. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
