Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Jo was a troubled youth.
