Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears tattered old clothes. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is short and blonde. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against goblins

Description: 3'3" and muscular, this western man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hamil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hamil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He stands about 5'4" and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She struck the Barkeep job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Gifted from a young age, Katherine studied abroad. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
