History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Engraver they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Sculptor, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is greedy

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.
