He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Stylist. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born in the north. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's also a talented Doctor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the north to a Spice Merchant, Valida learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Spice Merchant and found it very stressful. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and sabotage a competitor
