Personality: Tawar is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for her, and Tawar does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born in the east. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Jo was born with her mother's beautiful face. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a green cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. Her crest is gold and curly. Her red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest woman in the west

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
