Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Naeris was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
