History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Hirrathak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hirrathak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Aust was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a warhammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to unite with his sister

History: Millicent lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Medrash was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fisher they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shoemaker and was forced into it by his family; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
