History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

History: Jak was born with his father's beautiful face. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
