History: She was raised in a island tribe. Her first spouse was a Mayor, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and to unite with her sister

Description: She wears an entirely white suit with violet socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her auburn hair is knotted and matted. She has violet eyes and a white hat with a violet feather.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Rose enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Courier arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Rose abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This late middle aged man is dressed in earthy colors with a white and black handkerchief worn on his left side and is in decent physical shape. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bulzo isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
