Personality: He is fixated on the number 35. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Fonkin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult
