History: She was raised by priests from a young age. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
