History: Born in the north to a Dilettante, Sarai learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Sarai never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Detective born in the past three hundred years. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ethereal is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He tends to his Detective job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.
