History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When Vani reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Himo isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Himo was born with his father's beautiful face. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. After a long history of fighting, Pelt and his spouse have recently divorced.
