Trail grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Trail. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He prefers to wear flannel. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his bow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length orange fur. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He is a Succubi in disguise. His childhood dream was to be a Herbalist, but he was a colossal failure. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'10" when asserting himself. His red hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is content; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and regain custody of her son
