Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a blue vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her yellow leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her blue boots flare out at the collars. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her black hair is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. The war was a terrible time for her, and Nissa does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
