Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He is wearing a long, brown cloak. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rurik embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her sai with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She wears a mask on her face.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and regain custody of her son

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She prefers to wear white pants and tee shirts. She wears a colorful flower in her red hair. Her gray eyes peer out from beneath her broad white hat.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Priest. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To end her boredom; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

Description: This malnourished man wears skinny pants and wears a red and green robe with the hood down. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Calcitro lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and doesn't want to be a barrister and was forced into it by his family
