Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her childhood dream was to be a Shepherd, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ulfgar's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Ulfgar was born with his father's beautiful face. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ulfgar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
