Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is dressed in an above average manner. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gimble will drive conversation. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Gimble was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears dull black sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed trident, just in case. Her black crest is smooth and relatively long. Her red eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Voice: Spits words with contempt

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears an entirely grey suit with white socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His black hair is still thick. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Alberich took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he feels threatened by others

Description: 6'1" and muscular, this southern man wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His brass crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His red eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zedaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
