Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Body Guard profession.

History: Rangrim hails from a village terrorized by orcs. A freak accident while working with his Body Guard mother left him crippled. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Adventurer.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His rusty crest, when down, is lengthy. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Gorbundus lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Server, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Fisher, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
