Personality: Gerard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gerard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

After a long history of fighting, Shadow and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Roofer profession.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ootah liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bricklayer.
