Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is light but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has moderate length red hair. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Umpen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Description: This woman wears just a red suit. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady amber eyes.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Portia was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
