History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Joan liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Brakka hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Aym was born the youngest of three triplets. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Miner for the past few years.

History: Agatha was born the youngest of three triplets. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
