History: Born in the west to a Banker, Volen learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Volen was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born to a Priest, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she feels kind of lost in life

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has no fur. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Five was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Five decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Fletcher kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with white colored cloaks and clothing. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, she prefers to wear white clothing when she does not wear armor. She has slicked back golden hair. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She got into the Marshal business at a young age. Her first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
