Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Dyer. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Born in the south to a Dyer, Jak learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Jak was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jak's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Expand his business.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. His red hair is braided into rings. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. After coming to the age of reason, Andram took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Andram was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has worked as a Scribe like his mother before him.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She is dressed in an above average manner. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. She has dyed her greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. She has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.
Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: Jacoba was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she seems to be bored by most things
