Description: With yellow face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a black shirt, with a grey mid length skirt with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. She has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Carpenter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and further expansion of business

Description: This man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his left hand. His copper crest is braided into rings. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
